1. Yêu cầu kỹ thuật trước khi thi công: (Technical requirements before construction)

• Bê tông tươi khi nhập về công trình cần đảm bảo các điều kiện kỹ thuật về mác bê tông, độ sụt, nhiệt độ, thời gian từ lúc xuất xưởng và khi đến công trường. ( When fresh concrete is imported to the construction site, it is necessary to ensure technical conditions regarding concrete grade, slump, temperature, and time from the time it leaves the factory until it arrives at the construction site.)

• Thực hiện đổ bê tông đúng độ dày thiết kế. Bề mặt nền bê tông phải được cào cán phẳng tương đối, đủ độ ẩm, không để đọng nước. ( Pour concrete at the correct design thickness. The surface of the concrete floor must be raked and leveled relatively flat, with enough moisture to prevent water stagnation.)

2. Biện pháp thi công bảo dưỡng nền bê tông bằng Liquid Hardener (Construction and maintenance methods for concrete floors using Liquid Hardener)

Bước 1: Thi công phủ Liquid Hardener (Application of Liquid Hardener coating)

• Bê tông đã được cấp đến công trường, chuẩn bị cho giai đoạn xoa nền và cào cán bê tông. ( Concrete has been supplied to the construction site, preparing for the stage of troweling and leveling the concrete.)

• Sau khi bề mặt bê tông đã được xoa kỹ theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật, khi bề mặt bê tông đủ cứng có thể đi lại, tiến hành dùng “Chất Tăng Cứng Sàn Dạng Lỏng – ConsHard” (pha loãng với nước theo tỷ lệ 1:1). ( After the concrete surface has been thoroughly troweled according to technical requirements, when the surface is hard enough to walk on, apply "Floor Liquid Hardener – ConsHard" (diluted with water at a 1:1 ratio).)

• Kết hợp với máy phun thích hợp để phủ đều lên bề mặt nền bê tông vừa xoa. ( Use a suitable sprayer to evenly coat the freshly troweled concrete surface.)

Bước 2: Thi công phun nước thẩm thấu bề mặt nền (Spraying water to penetrate the substrate surface)

• Để đảm bảo độ thẩm thấu tối đa, cần để vật liệu thẩm thấu trong tối thiểu 30 - 60 phút, đến khi vật liệu bắt đầu tạo gel và trở nên trơn trượt. ( To ensure maximum penetration, allow the material to absorb for at least 30 - 60 minutes until it begins to gel and becomes slippery.)

• Phun nước làm ướt nhẹ vật liệu và cho vật liệu thẩm thấu xuống lần nữa (phun đủ lượng nước như quy trình bảo dưỡng bê tông thông thường). ( Spray water lightly to moisten the material and let it penetrate again (spray enough water as per the normal concrete curing process.)

Bước 3: Thi công bảo dưỡng bê tông (Concrete curing)

• Sau khi đã phun nước bảo dưỡng nền, tiến hành che bạt khu vực đang bảo dưỡng nền và phun nước thêm một lần nữa trên bề mặt. ( After spraying water for curing, cover the maintained area with a tarp and spray water again on the surface.)

• Tiếp tục bảo dưỡng và phun nước nền theo quy trình bảo dưỡng thông thường trong khoảng 3 ngày đầu tiên. (Continue maintaining and spraying water as per standard curing procedures for the first 3 days.)
